For data acquisition and real-time process monitoring at their turbomachinery test facility, Siemens in Duisburg/Germany has been using m+p Coda systems for several years. Recently, we delivered four Coda systems providing another 800 input channels to Siemens. Each of these Coda systems has 120 channels switchable between temperature (PT100), voltage, current and pressure, 8 rpm channels, 48 thermocouple channels and 24 channels for torsional vibration measurements.
With these four systems installed, Siemens utilizes a total of 12 stationary Coda systems and one mobile 96-channel system for comprehensive turbomachinery testing.
You saw and heard it in the news: In October the SpaceX Dragon cargo ship launched into space from Cape Canaveral to International Space Station. The commercial, unmanned spacecraft brought 1,000 pounds of key science experiments, clothing and food to the ISS astronauts.
What they did not say in the news: SpaceX used our SO Analyzer for full modal testing on the Dragon spacecraft and the Falcon 9 launch vehicle. Read more .
