Sales & Support Engineer UK

Location: Home-based between Scotland and North Midlands

Function description (roles/accountabilities): m+p UK is looking for an outgoing engineer with proven experience of NVH testing & analysis, to drive system sales and provide effective customer support across our northern UK territory. The applicant will have sole responsibility for all sales and support activities across our product range within their allocated area including lead generation, account management and sales closure. As such, they will need an entrepreneurial spirit and a keen eye for new sales opportunities. They will be reporting directly to the UK Business Unit Manager and will mostly be working autonomously but with the support of a highly experienced team where needed.

Educational level: The ideal candidate will have a bachelor degree in either mechanical /NVH/electronics sciences or engineering. Relevant industrial experience will be considered.

Experience: The individual will have had at least 3 years industry dealing with NVH test and measurement in areas such as vibration testing using shakers, signal analysis such as modal analysis, acoustics, rotational analysis or general time history acquisition and processing.

Specific personal competencies: The individual must be dynamic and adaptive to ever changing applications with a keen interest to learn new concepts. They must be a good communicator and possess commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

A generous salary + achievable sales commission package is on offer commensurate with experience.

Regional Account Managers USA

Location: Texas, Detroit

Function description (roles/accountabilities): m+p international has multiple employment opportunities for Account Managers in the following regions: Texas and Detroit. The successful candidate will have relevant applications experience and have an engineering degree or equivalent experience within Vibration testing and or Modal experience. Primary focus is to support existing and new m+p accounts. Direct sales experience is not mandatory, but candidates must be able to demonstrate their aptitude for this important part of the role.

Sales Engineer

Location: Beijing, China

Function description (roles/accountabilities): As a sales engineer you will perform the prospecting and qualification of m+p’s solution opportunities. High performance in these activities is essential in order to successfully close sales processes of m+p’s hardware, software and service on Vibration Control, Signal Analysis, Noise & Vibration Analysis, Process Monitoring and Test Stand Engineering.

Educational level: The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering  

Experience: Has 2 years experience in such industry, know well on test hardware and software.

Specific personal competencies:  Good communication and presentation skills, fluent in English and could travel often. We are looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial person who is customer oriented.

Customer Support Engineer

Location: Beijing, China

Function description (roles/accountabilities): The candidate will utilize his knowledge of various physical domains to support and train our customers in the use of test solutions such as Vibration Control, Signal Analysis, Noise & Vibration Analysis and Process Monitoring. A good understanding of noise and vibration is required and should integrate product application in various areas of the automotive, off-highway, aerospace industries, etc. Be capable of collaborating with sales and business department.

Educational level: The ideal candidate has a Master or Doctor degree in Engineering Mechanics. 

Experience: Has 2 years experience in mechanic engineering, strong knowledge of noise and vibration, test hardware and software, familiar with Automotive and/or off-highway and/or Aerospace applications. 

Specific personal competencies: Good communication and presentation skills, can communicate with customer very well, and fluent in English. We are looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial person who is customer oriented.
