VibControl Supports EX2500 Gigabit Ethernet Card

Our VibControl shaker control systems support the recently launched
VXI Technology EX2500 gigabit Ethernet slot-0 card, providing significantly reduced cabling costs and greater flexibility for VXI based installations requiring a remote shaker location. There is no reduction in control and acquisition speed with this architecture and the added benefit of PC data security in the safe environment of the control room. Multiple VXI chassis can also be synchronised for even greater channel counts.

The EX2500 is the industry’s first gigabit LAN-based gigabit slot-0 interface merging Ethernet’s robust architecture and widespread infrastructure and the fast emerging LXI standard for instrumentation with the popular VXI platform.
