1. Ultra-Portable, USB Powered Real-Time Analyzer for $9,950

Equipped with a 4-channel USB 2.0 powered dynamic acquisition module, the new compact SO Analyzer from m+p international is the perfect engineering tool for noise and vibration applications in the field and in the laboratory. With 25 kHz bandwidth, 24-bit resolution and 102 dB dynamic range, the SO Analyzer provides highly accurate measurements and all the software functionality you need for your testing. The SO Analyzer is expandable with multiple USB modules up to 32 channels.

Measurements have never been so easy: Load the SO software, connect the USB cable between the acquisition module and the host PC/laptop and start your measurement using IEPE (ICP) sensors powered directly from the USB front-end.

From within a single application, you do real-time data acquisition, import data from more than 20 different standard N&V data formats, analyse the results and create your reports.

The MS Windows like user interface and the wizard-driven set-up of all measurement parameters ensure quick and safe operation, minimizing the probability of operator errors. The flexible real-time acquisition features user-selectable block sizes, sample rates,
filtering, re-sampling and a wide range of time and frequency domain computed functions and averaging modes. Additional options are available for hammer impact capture linked to
a geometry for ODS and modal analysis, rotating machinery analysis with tacho,
real-time octave analysis, acoustic intensity analysis as well as throughput to disc recording.

And the best news for you: The USB powered SO Analyzer with complete standard functionality
is available for as low as $9,950!

For further information do not hesitate to contact your local sales representative at 973-239-3005
or sales.na@mpihome.com mentioning SO Analyzer.

2. National Instruments CompactDAQ

If you have recently seen information from National Instruments on their new 8-slot CompactDAQ USB front-end but don't fancy learning to program it in LabView then we have an off-the-shelf software solution already available in the real-time DSA of our
SO Analyzer. This complete package for all noise and vibration test applications is available now with full DAQmx driver support.

For further information please contact your local sales representative at 973-239-3005
or sales.na@mpihome.com mentioning Compact DAQ.

3. Vibration Control: Remote Client Simplifies Your Daily Test Job

Our VibControl systems provide an optional remote client licence which is invaluable to many operators. Many times a controller is crowded by engineers trying to view a vibration test as it is run. For operators this is not only a disturbance but can and has led to mistakes as they can be distracted by questions, requests etc.

However with the remote client, live data can be viewed during an actual test via network or wireless network on a tablet or desktop PC in an entirely different area. The licence allows full VibControl functionality except running a test.

4. VibControl 2.9 Supports Nexus Conditioning Amplifiers from B & K

Our new VibControl 2.9 software revision supports Brüel & Kjaer’s Nexus conditioning amplifiers via serial interface. These amplifiers are designed for applications where very high charge inputs (up to 100 nC) can occur such as gas turbine and ammunitions testing.

Check out our 4-page Update Note for the most important other enhancements in VibControl Revision 2.9.
