Equipped with a 24-bit four-channel USB powered dynamic acquisition module, the new SO Analyzer is the perfect engineering tool for portable noise and vibration applications. It provides highly accurate measurements from audio frequency IEPE (ICP) sensors and all the functionality you need for your daily test job at a surprisingly low price.

Thanks to its self-powered USB 2.0 hi-speed connectivity to a host PC or a laptop, the SO Analyzer is a compact real-time analyzer designed for professional applications in the field and in the laboratory. With 24-bit resolution and 102 dB dynamic range, the
SO Analyzer offers very high precision and is perfectly suited for versatile N&V measurements and analyses.

From within a single application, you do real-time data acquisition, import data from more than 20 different standard N&V data formats, analyse the results and create your reports. The MS Windows like user interface and the wizard-driven set-up of all measurement parameters ensure quick and safe operation, minimizing the probability of operator errors. The flexible real-time acquisition features user-selectable block sizes, sample rates, filtering, re-sampling and a wide range of time and frequency domain computed functions and averaging modes. Additional options are available for hammer impact capture linked to a geometry for ODS and modal analysis, rotating machinery
analysis with tacho, real-time octave analysis, acoustic intensity analysis as well as
throughput to disc recording.

In VibControl Software Revision 2.9 m+p brings some very useful benefits including multiple profiles in random test mode, grms window in sine and random testing, auto peak search for several diagrams in post-testing and rescaling of spectrum with target RMS value in random test mode.

VibRunner, m+p international’s vibration control system for up to 80 input channels, as well as our SmartOffice/SO Analyzer for noise & vibration analysis support the VT1432B digitizer plus DSP recently launched by VXI Technology inc.

The VT1432B 8/16-channel digitizer offers all the benefits of the 1432A module at a reduced cost per channel. The VT1432B module uses the latest test technology including sample rates up to 102.4 kSa/s and 24-bit ADC inputs with multiple input ranges.

Since January NASA’s New Horizons, the fastest ever launched spacecraft, has been on its journey to Pluto. Both the full spacecraft and many components were tested by m+p international systems at Johns Hopkins APL in Laurel, Maryland. The systems - a 192-Channel Data Acquisition and Analysis System and a 64-Channel Vibration Control System – also include Modal Acquisition and Analysis, a Remote Analysis Station and distributed Multi-Screen support.

m+p international’s 192-channel, VXI-based VibRecorder Data Acquisition and Analysis System offers sophistacted tools for online sine, random and shock data reduction. The data are continuously recorded on two embedded VXI throughput disks of 73 Gbyte each guaranteeing gap-free recording. For online analysis, the data can be replayed from the embedded disks. The VibRunner, m+p international’s proven Vibration Control and Analysis System based on VXIbus hardware technology provides all control modes for all 64 input channels including random, sine (both with notching), shock, SRS, sine-on-random and random-on-random. Data analysis tools include extensive data handling and analysis, single and multiple data graphing, custom report formatting as well as seamless integration with Microsoft Office products for test reporting. Functionality will be further enhanced by m+p international’s SO Modal Software Package for sophisticated modal acquisition and analysis.

The VibRecorder Data Acquisition and Analysis System and the VibRunner Vibration Controller have the same user interface translating to minimum user training and maximum ease of use. Both are configured with remote networked PC’s for test setup and monitoring. The “Multi-Screen” function supports several monitors for online display of large channel counts; each monitor has its own default layout set-up file for easy set-up of high-channel count tests.

The EX2500 is the industry's first gigabit LAN-based VXI slot 0 interface, merging Ethernet's robust architecture and widespread infrastructure and the fast emerging LXI standard for instrumentation with the popular VXIbus platform.
