m+p VibPilot measurement front-end

Our 4/8-channel m+p VibPilot front-end has proven its excellent, yet affordable performance in numerous vibration testing and dynamic signal analysis applications worldwide. Now we have further enhanced these performance characteristics: The new m+p VibPilot provides Ethernet connectivity to a host PC or laptop in addition to the existing USB host interface, thus enabling convenient measurements over longer distances.

Equipped with 24-bit sigma-delta A/D converters and an increased sampling rate up to 204.8 kHz, m+p VibPilot allows for alias-protected measurements in a frequency range up to 80 kHz and with more than 120 dB spurious-free dynamic range. We implemented an additional input voltage range of ± 1 V peak full scale to improve sensitivity for microphone measurements. The input voltage ranges of ± 1 V and ± 10 V are switchable per channel.

Synchronous operation of two or more m+p VibPilot front-ends

For channel expansion or to combine different applications, multiple m+p VibPilot devices can be synchronized by clock in/clock out circuitry without influencing their excellent measurement performance.

The m+p VibPilot front-end integrates seamlessly with our m+p VibControl, m+p Analyzer and m+p Coda software products for use in the field and in the lab.
